Q: HOW MUCH DO THE SUITES COST & WHAT'S THE SQUARE FOOTAGE?

A: EACH SUITE IS A DIFFERENT SIZE AND VARY IN PRICES. THE BEST THING IS TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH OUR OFFICE MANAGER TO VIEW THE SUITES IN PERSON. THIS HELPS DETERMINE YOUR BEST NEEDS AND ANY SPECIALS THAT MAY BE OCCURRING WILL BE DISCUSSED IN PERSON ONLY.

Q: WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE SUITE COST?

A: 24/7 ACCESS TO YOUR SUITE, SECURITY SURVEILLANCE, LIGHTS & WATER, WASHER & DRYER FOR TOWELS, WAITING ROOM FOR CLIENTS, BREAK ROOM, & MARKETING ASSISTANCE.


Q: CAN I SHARE A SINGLE SUITE WITH ANOTHER STYLIST/BEAUTY PROFESSIONAL?

A: ABSOLUTELY! AS LONG AS THERE IS A TEMPORARY CONTRACT SIGNED FOR SHORT TERM SHARED LEASES OR ALL NAMES SHARING SUITES ARE INCLUDED ON THE LEASE FOR LONG TERN CONTRACTS, EVERYONE HAS A BUSINESS LICENSE (OR NAMES ARE INCLUDED ON ONE BUSINESS LICENSE), AND ALL PARTIES ARE LICENSED PROFESSIONALS AS NEEDED. 


Q: DO YOU HOST POP UPS AND OTHER EVENTS AT THE SUITES?

Q: HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

A: YOUR DEPOSIT IS THE FIRST AND LAST WEEK'S RENT PRICE.

 

Q: CAN I DECORATE MY SUITE?

A: YES! YOU CAN DECORATE YOUR SUITE HOWEVER YOU LIKE. IT'S YOUR CANVAS, SO BE CREATIVE!
